How to change Time Format and Volume Units in the App

You can change these by tapping "Me" at the bottom of the App, then going into "Settings."

• Capacity Unit
  You can switch between displaying your milk volume in ounces (oz) or milliliters (ml).
• Time Format
  Choose between a standard 12-hour clock, like 3:00 PM, or a 24-hour format, like 15:00.

These settings help ensure your Pumping Record is easy to read and makes perfect sense to you.
