My Baby Monitor BM08 cannot detect the baby face accurately

BM08 facial AI recognition needs the camera to clearly capture the baby's face. Please position the camera facing the baby's face and keep the baby's face as close to the center of the image as possible. If only the side face, back of the head, top of the head, or a very small face area is visible, AI recognition may fail.

 

The recommended installation distance should be 0.5-1.2 m. If the device is too far, too close, or placed at a steep side angle, facial recognition may become unstable.

 

Please make sure the stand is placed behind the crib and securely fixed to avoid wobbling or tipping over. If the stand or base wobbles, the image will shake and the detected facial area will keep changing.

 

Recognition may also be affected if the baby's face is blocked by bedding, crib rails, pillows, hats, or if the night image is not clear.
