The bottle washer BS03 & D8 cannot clean properly

1. Discard any visible milk residue or milk curds from the bottle. If there is obvious grease or food residue, rinse it briefly with water.

2. Following the user instructions, invert the bottle and place it on the lower shelf, aligning the bottle opening with the spray column/water flow, and ensure the spray arm can rotate freely.

3. Place small accessories such as the nipple, bottle cap, bottle ring, anti-colic tube, straw, and gravity ball on the upper shelf or in the designated area for small accessories, keeping them separate and with gaps.

4. Place one Momcozy cleaning tablet, we suggest you can place in the designated area on the lower shelf, not inside the bottle/nipple rim, and ensure it is not pressed down by small accessories.

5. Select a suitable cleaning program; if there is a lot of milk fat or residue, it is recommended to choose a stronger/more complete cleaning program.

6. After the program is finished, check for any remaining residue. If any remains, take photos of the placement, the location of the cleaning tablet, and the location of the residue to help customer service make further assessments.
