| E0 | overvoltage protection | Unplug the power cord first, then check if the device is used within its rated voltage range. If the voltage is normal but E0 still appears, contact after-sales service for support. |
| E1 | short-circuit of the temperature sensor | Stop using the device immediately. Prepare photos or videos of the error alert, order number, serial number (SN) and nameplate information, then apply for repair or replacement service. |
| E2 | the temperature sensor is open-circuited | |
| E3 | dry-burn protection | Cut off power and let the unit cool down. Add an appropriate amount of water if necessary, then reselect your working mode. |
| E5 | loose internal wiring or an open-circuited temperature sensor caused by overheating | Unplug the power supply and leave the device to cool down to room temperature for around 15 minutes before powering it back on. If the error persists, contact customer service for repair or replacement. |
