Why does the wearable smart baby thermometer T31 display incorrect temperature readings?

Thank you for reaching out. T31 is a wearable underarm thermometer designed for continuous temperature monitoring. When it is first applied, the device and adhesive patch are still close to room temperature, so the initial reading may be lower and then gradually increase. Also, the temperature shown on the APP is the real-time detected value, which does not mean the first displayed number is the final stable reading.

For a more reliable reference:

1. Please make sure the underarm area is clean and dry.
2. Place the sensor near the center of the armpit, and keep it firmly attached. 
3. We recommend checking the reading after about 10 minutes, once the temperature has stabilized.

If your baby seems unwell or you suspect a fever, please confirm the temperature with another standard medical thermometer and consult a doctor if needed. If any other problems, please contact our manual support supports.
