We understand your concern about the cleaning performance. In many cases, insufficient cleaning is related to milk fat, protein residue, formula residue, mineral scale, improper loading, or residue buildup inside narrow plastic parts, bottle nipples, bottle rings, pump accessories, or the lower bracket.
Recommended Solutions:
1. Use the correct washing mode
For bottles or parts with visible milk fat or greasy residue, we recommend using the Normal mode, which provides a higher water temperature and longer cleaning time to help remove grease and residue more effectively.
2. Pre-rinse heavily soiled items
If bottles contain dried milk, refrigerated/frozen milk residue, formula residue, or egg/protein residue, please rinse them with warm water before placing them into the washer.
3. Clean accumulated residue and scale manually when needed
Use diluted white vinegar to soak affected parts for descaling.
Use baking soda with warm water separately to help clean milk residue and stains.
Use a small soft brush to clean bottle nipples, bottle rings, corners, grooves, and narrow gaps.
Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water before placing them back into the washer.
4. Check placement and loading
Please make sure bottles are placed according to the user manual, with bottle openings aligned toward the spray jets. Avoid overloading the washer and ensure the spray arm can rotate freely without obstruction.
5. Use the recommended detergent amount
We recommend using one Momcozy detergent tablet per wash cycle. Please avoid using excessive detergent or non-recommended detergent.
6. Perform regular descaling maintenance
If you live in an area with hard water, regular descaling is recommended. Distilled or softened water may also help reduce mineral buildup.
7. Replace the lower bracket if needed
If cleaning performance remains poor after the above steps, the lower bracket may have internal residue buildup or partial blockage. Replacing the lower bracket can help restore spray performance and improve cleaning results.
