Problem Description
The duck bill valve keeps slipping off. What should I do?
Tip: Moisture or milk residue may prevent the duck bill valve from staying securely attached. Make sure all parts are completely clean and dry before assembly.
Solution
- Clean and Dry the Parts: Remove the duck bill valve. Clean and completely dry the valve and its connection area.
- Reinstall the Duck Bill Valve: Align the base of the duck bill valve with the connection point. Press the base straight down until it is fully attached. Do not pull or press the tip of the valve during installation.
- Test with Another Valve: Replace it with another clean, dry duck bill valve and check whether it stays attached. If the replacement valve stays in place, stop using the original valve.
Note
If the duck bill valve continues to slip off after these steps, please contact our Customer Support Team and provide:
- The Serial Number (SN) of your device.
- Your Order ID or proof of purchase.
- A clear photo of the installed duck bill valve.
- A short video showing the duck bill valve slipping off.
