Applicable Scope:
Momcozy Air Purifier AP01
Possible Cause:
A flashing white light is usually related to the filter status or filter installation. If there is no airflow or the controls do not respond, need to check the power connection and bottom filter cover.
Solution:
1. Unplug the purifier and leave it disconnected for 60 seconds.
2. Open the bottom cover. Remove the filter and confirm that all plastic packaging has been completely removed. Reinstall the filter securely and lock the bottom cover.
3. Reconnect the original AP01 DC 12 V power adapter directly to a working wall outlet, then short-press the Power button once.
4. If the purifier starts but the white light continues flashing, check whether the filter needs replacement. Replace it if the replacement reminder has appeared, or if the filter is visibly dirty or has a persistent odor.
5. After installing a new filter, keep the purifier powered on and press and hold the Wind Speed and Sleep buttons together for 3 seconds to reset the filter-life reminder.
6. If the purifier still has no airflow, remains unresponsive, or continues flashing after these checks, contact Momcozy manual support and provide a short video plus a photo of the product label.
Note:
Reset the filter-life reminder after a new filter has been installed. Resetting the reminder does not restore the performance of a used or saturated filter.
