Solution

If the carrier feels too small, please try the following adjustments:

1. Loosen the shoulder straps and waist belt to allow more room while keeping the carrier secure and comfortable.
2. Check the baby seat size setting. The carrier has three adjustable seat width settings (Small/Medium/Large). Make sure you are using the correct setting for your baby's size.
3. If the carrier still feels too small after adjustment, please contact customer support and provide your waist measurement, so we can further evaluate the fit.
