Solution

Please confirm whether the carrier has been adjusted according to the user manual, including shoulder straps, waist belt.

Please try adjusting the tightness and position of the carrier to see if the comfort level improves.

If you feel the material of the baby carrier is uncomfortable, please provide us with the following information:

• Please let us know which part feels uncomfortable and describe the specific issue(e.g., rough fabric, too stiff, irritating, or causing marks on the skin).
• How long have you used the carrier before noticing the issue?
• Photos showing how the carrier is worn. A video demonstrating the wearing position, if possible.
• And photos of the area causing discomfort.
• Your order number, Product label and the serial number (SN) on the product packaging(if available).
• The product label (usually located on the side of the waist belt), which includes the Date of Manufacture and Model Number.
