Problem description
The carrier is too small / baby can't sit comfortably, What should I do?
Solution
- Check baby's weight — if over 25 lbs (11.3 kg) or 12 months, stop using it and transition to a toddler carrier (e.g., Momcozy PureHug or other toddler-rated carriers).
- Adjust the waist panel width using the visual adjustment scale — set the waistband panel to a wider position that matches your baby's leg length.
- Check seat width — the fabric panel should extend from knee pit to knee pit, supporting your baby's thighs without putting pressure on the mid-thighs.
- If the carrier still feels tight after adjustments, your baby has likely outgrown the WeeSnug baby carrier design capacity — please upgrade to a larger carrier.
