The belly band may roll up or shift if:
*The size is not suitable (too small or too large).
*The belly band is positioned incorrectly.
*The adjustment is too loose or too tight.
*Sitting for a long time causes the belt to fold or compress.
Solution
If the belly band rolls up, slides, or does not stay in place, please check the following:
1.Make sure you are wearing the correct size according to the Momcozy size chart.
2.Check the wearing position: The lower abdominal section should sit underneath your belly, with the groove facing upward to gently support your bump.
3.Adjust the tightness: The belt should feel snug and supportive but not overly tight. Adjust the hook-and-loop fastener and strap to ensure the belt stays securely in place while allowing comfortable movement.
4.Perform a short wearing test by standing, walking, sitting, and bending slightly to check whether the belt stays in place.
Note
If the belly band continues to roll up or shift, please contact us and provide your underbust circumference, lower abdominal circumference, order number, and a 3/4 side-view photo that clearly shows your belly shape and wearing position.
