If any part of your belly band is damaged or broken, please contact us and provide the following information:

• Your order number.
• Photos clearly showing the damaged or broken part.
• A brief description of the issue, including whether you noticed it upon arrival or during normal use, and when you first noticed it.

Note

1. If the issue was noticed upon arrival, please provide a photo of the packaging bag, showing the side with the product label.
2. If the issue occurred during normal use, Please provide details about how the product has been used:

• Frequency of use (e.g., daily, weekly, etc.).
• Washing frequency (e.g., after every use, once a week, etc.).
• Washing method: hand wash or machine wash.
• Drying method: air dry or tumble dry.
• Whether disinfectant was used during washing.
