This article covers the following breast pump models: Air1/M9/M6/M5/V1 Pro/V2 Pro/S9 Pro/S12 Pro
30-Minute Shut-Off
- As noted in the user manual, the pump is designed to automatically shut off after 30 minutes of continuous use. This is a built-in safety feature.
- This feature helps protect your breasts from discomfort that can be caused by prolonged pumping sessions.
- Pumping duration is unique to each mother; longer sessions are not always more effective. The goal is comfort and efficiency.
- If you feel you need more time after the 30-minute session, we recommend taking a short break before restarting the pump if necessary.
Shutting Off Before 30 Minutes Session
- Please check if the battery is fully charged. The pump may turn off early to protect the battery when the power is critically low.
- If the pump is fully charged but continues to shut off early, this may indicate an internal issue. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
