Check and Upgrade Breast Pump Firmware

This article covers the following breast pump models:M9, Air1,M5 Smart,Wellness 1

excluding breast pump models：S9 Pro,S12 pro,S12 Pro quick ,M5,M6,V1 pro,V2 pro

Update your pump firmware to enjoy the latest features and optimal performance.

1.How to Start the Update

Automatic Prompt

When a new version is available, a "New Version Available" pop-up will automatically appear after you connect to your pump in the app. Simply tap "Upgrade" to begin.

Manual Check

You can also check for updates manually at any time. Go to the "Devices" tab, tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the pump you wish to update, and on the "Device Management" screen, tap "Check for Updates."

The firmware upgrades apply to one wearable breast pump only. If you use two pumps with bilateral control enabled, disable the function before accessing device management.Please refer toHow do I control dual pumps?

2.Automatic Firmware Download & Update

The app automatically downloads and updates the breast pump firmware. Progress can be viewed on-screen.To ensure the update goes smoothly, please make sure to:

1. Keep the pump powered on.
2. Keep the pump within 10 meters of your phone.
3. Maintain stable Bluetooth and network connections on your phone.

3.After a Successful Update

Once the screen displays "Upgrade successful!", the update is complete. Follow the app's prompt to manually restart the pump for normal operation.

And when you click "check for update" again on the device management page, it will show "You are using the latest version".
