All Momcozy Sound Machine(WN02, WN03, WN05, WN06, WN07)
Phenomenon:
The loop playback or timer shut-off function is not working properly.
Possible Reasons:
- The timer settings may not have been operated correctly or have not taken effect.
- A malfunction of the timer/loop control buttons has caused the command not to be triggered.
- A device software error has caused the timing or loop logic to be disordered.
- Low battery level may cause early shutdown or functional abnormalities.
Solutions:
1. Set the timer or loop function correctly according to the manual, and confirm that the corresponding indicator light/icon shows that the timer is enabled.
2. Try setting different timer durations (e.g., switch to 30 minutes/60 minutes) or turn off the loop mode, and observe if the problem still exists.
3. Ensure the device has sufficient battery power. When the battery is low, use it while connected to a power source to prevent insufficient power from affecting the timer function.
4. If there is an available firmware update for the device or App, try upgrading to fix possible program errors, then re-test the timer/loop function.
