White Noise - Cannot Power On/Power Off | WN07

Phenomenon:

Cannot Power On, Cannot Stop Sound or Light, or Loses Power

Applicable Scope:

White Noise WN07

Solution:

1. No response: connect the supplied adapter directly to a confirmed-working wall outlet and fully insert the plug into WN07.
2. Sound or light will not stop: short-press Sound Play/Pause to stop sound, long-press Light/Snooze for about 2 seconds to turn off the night light, and long-press Alarm outside alarm-setting or ringing screens to turn the alarm off.
3. The clock may remain on in standby.
4. Unexpected shutdown or restart: cancel the timer, secure the adapter connection, disconnect power for 30 seconds, and reconnect it.
