The stability base keeps the maternity ball in place, providing extra safety and support. Follow the steps to ensure optimal stability.
Step 1: Deflate the ring
To properly inflate the stability base, you should first remove any residual air inside the ring.
- Fold the stability base as shown in the image.
Squeeze out as much air as possible.
Step 2: Prepare for inflation
To prevent air from seeping back in, begin inflating immediately after deflation.
- Assemble the foot pump correctly.
- Insert the nozzle into the air hole on the base.
Wrap the measuring tape around the base to monitor its size in real-time.
Step 3: Inflate to size
- Press the foot pump all the way down, then allow it to fully rebound before the next stroke. Repeat this process. Do not exceed 30 pump strokes.
- Use the measuring tape to check the circumference. The ideal circumference is 24 cm (maximum 25 cm).
Once reached, quickly remove the nozzle and insert the air plug.
