⚠️Important Distinction: There are two versions of the M5 pump with completely different Bluetooth functions. Most M5 Bluetooth connection failures stem from this difference:
- M5 Smart (Bluetooth compatible, can pair with the mobile APP)
- Standard M5 (No built-in Bluetooth module, cannot connect to mobile Bluetooth. This is not a device malfunction) If your M5 breast pump fails to detect Bluetooth or pair with your phone, please first confirm if your model is M5 Smart. The standard M5 does not support Bluetooth at all.
