Why my pump cannot connect to Bluetooth/APP?

I totally get you’d like to connect the pump to your phone via Bluetooth for data tracking.

Please note that S9 Pro / S12 Pro / S12 Pro Quick / M5 / M6(BP311) / V1 Pro(BP137) / V2 Pro(BP138) have NO built-in Bluetooth hardware module.

Their hardware structure does not support Bluetooth pairing with mobile devices, which is the original product setting rather than a device fault.

You can adjust all pumping modes and suction power directly on the pump screen, all core functions work well without Bluetooth.
