Solution
- Power Button Scenario: First, ensure the device is charged. Use your fingertip to long-press the Power button for 2 seconds to confirm the device powers on properly.
- Other Buttons Scenario: Once the device is powered on, use your fingertip to short-press the other buttons (specifically the Warm/Massage button) to confirm if there is any physical response, clicking feel, or mode change on the screen.

If the buttons are completely unresponsive or fail to trigger the functions, Please feel free to contact us . To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide the following:
- The Serial Number (SN) of your device.
- Your Order ID or proof of purchase.
- Please explicitly let us know: Did the buttons completely fail to respond, or did they feel physically stuck/sticky?
- A short video clearly capturing your fingertip button test and the machine's response.
