1.1 Daily Grab & Save – Draw Your Exclusive Discount

1.1.1 Eligibility

1. This event is open only to registered Momcozy users. Login is required to participate.
2. Each user is limited to one “Grab & Save” draw per day; repeated attempts are not allowed.
3. The same Momcozy account, phone number, device, or payment account are considered as the same user.

1.1.2 How It Works

1. During the event, users can browse selected products from the Momcozy product pool on the event page each day.
2. Each time a user clicks the “Grab & Save” button, the system will randomly draw one product from the product pool and lock an exclusive discount for that product.
3. The draw result is shown in real time and is final; once drawn, it cannot be changed or re-drawn after being discarded.
4. Each product has limited inventory, available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

1.1.3 Discount Terms

1. The discount obtained through “Grab & Save” is applicable only to the product drawn and cannot be transferred to other products.
2. Each discount is valid for 48 hours from the moment it is successfully drawn; after expiration, it will automatically lapse and cannot be restored.
3. Discounts cannot be combined with other coupons or promotional offers (unless otherwise stated).
4. Discounts must be used during the event period; any unused discounts will be automatically void after the event ends.

1.1.4 Purchase & Inventory

1. After drawing a discount, users may add the corresponding product to the cart and complete the order. The discount can only be used if it is still valid and the product is in stock.
2. Each participating product has a dedicated event inventory. Stock is limited and availability is based on actual successful payment.
3. If a user adds a discounted product to the cart but fails to complete payment within the discount validity period, the system will automatically release the inventory and the discount will expire.

Momcozy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the event at any time, and will announce such changes on the event page in advance.

1.3.1 Eligibility

All users may participate in the Mama Registry campaign. However, campaign benefits are available only to users who had not created a Mama Registry before the campaign began and who create one for the first time during the campaign period.

1.3.2 Campaign Benefits

The campaign is divided into three phases. Depending on the phase, eligible users may receive a 13% or 20% discount, a $5 Gift Card, 300 CozyCoins, a Breastfeeding Magazine, Online Courses, IBCLC Support, and other benefits.

Special Restrictions:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited by law. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person and per Momcozy account.

1.4.2 How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, submit your breastfeeding story through the Momcozy Breastfeeding Awareness Month campaign page and create or log in to your Momcozy account. Registration is required to complete a valid Giveaway entry. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Momcozy on or around August 10, 2026.

Selected winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Momcozy account. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is found to be ineligible, Momcozy reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Momcozy reserves the right to require selected entrants to complete any verification, documentation, or other eligibility requirements that may be required under applicable law before a prize is awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

1.4.4 Shipping & Taxes

Momcozy will cover standard shipping costs and applicable sales taxes associated with prize delivery. Winners remain solely responsible for any personal income taxes or other tax obligations arising from acceptance or use of a prize, where applicable.

1.4.5 Publicity & Content Authorization

By participating, entrants agree that Momcozy may use their submitted story, together with their username or display name, in accordance with the applicable Content Authorization and Privacy Policy.

Momcozy reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and to disqualify any entry that:

• violates these Official Rules;

• is suspected of fraud, abuse, or other conduct that may compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.
