Milk Warmer - Cannot Charge | MW05

Momcozy Milk Warmer MW05

Solution:

1. Fully charge the MW05, disconnect the charging cable, make sure the charging port is dry, and add 4 oz (about 120 mL) of room-temperature clean water.

2. Record the starting water temperature, battery percentage, and display status.

3. Select Water mode and a target of 104°F (40°C), then start one cycle.

4. Record the run time, final water temperature, battery percentage, and any message shown when the unit reaches the target or stops.

5. If the water does not warm or the cycle stops early, let the unit cool, clean the heating surface, and repeat the same 4 oz clean-water test once.

Note:

Stop immediately if there is leakage near the charging port, a burning smell, smoke, swelling, or excessive heat.

Before feeding, mix the liquid thoroughly and check the temperature again.

Do not rely only on the display.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
