Momcozy Milk Warmer MW02

Solution:

1. Move the knob away from OFF and briefly press Power to wake the display.
2. If the knob is at OFF or the unit has entered standby, a blank display may be normal.
3. For E0, confirm that the outlet voltage matches the product rating label.
4. For E3 or E5, unplug the warmer, let it cool, and add the chamber-water level marked for the selected mode on your unit.
5. Reconnect the product and choose the lowest-temperature water-warming or bottle-warming function shown on your unit.

Note
Add clean water to the marked level, run it for 2 minutes, then stop the test.
If the same code returns or the display remains abnormal, contact Momcozy manual support.
Before feeding, mix the liquid thoroughly and check the temperature again.
Do not rely only on the display.
When contacting Momcozy Customer Support, provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
