Solution:

1. Unplug the BS03, remove the lower rack, and check the rack, mounting points, and nearby spray arm.

2. Take clear photos of the complete rack and the damaged area.

3. Reinstall the rack gently once and confirm that it sits securely and the spray arm can rotate freely.

Note:

If it cannot be secured or affects the spray arm, do not run a cycle and contact Momcozy manual support.

When contacting Momcozy Customer Support, provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
