Applicable Scope:
Momcozy Milk Cooler CM01, CM02
Solution:
1. Make sure the original cooling component is completely solid and the original bottle, lid, and seal are assembled correctly.
2. Fill one included 11 oz bottle with refrigerated clean water to the 8 oz (about 240 mL) mark, or the nearest lower printed mark on your bottle version.
3. Record the starting temperature, close the cooler fully, keep it upright at room temperature away from sunlight, do not open it for 4 hours, then record the final temperature.
Note
Contact Momcozy manual support if the cooling tube was completely solid but the water becomes warmer rather than remaining cool during the 4-hour closed test, or if the original parts cannot close securely.
When contacting Momcozy Customer Support, provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
