Milk Warmer - Cannot Turn On/Turn Off | MW02

Phenomenon:

Cannot Turn On, Cannot Turn Off, or Shuts Down Unexpectedly

Applicable Scope:

Momcozy Milk Warmer MW02

Solution:

1. If MW02 will not start, confirm that the wall outlet works, rotate the knob away from OFF, and briefly press Power once.
2. If MW02 will not stop, rotate the knob to OFF.
3. The display may turn off in OFF or standby.
4. A completed program or the 60-minute post-cycle countdown is normal operation.
5. If the unit truly loses power, unplug it for 1 minute, reconnect it, and test one normal program once.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
