Solution:

1. Record the exact time and the function that starts or changes, such as sound, light, alarm, Bluetooth, volume, or Favourite mode.
2. In the Momcozy App, turn off all alarms, repeat days, timers, and Favourite routines.
3. Exit Bluetooth, confirm that no shared account is controlling the device, and turn Child Lock on to rule out touch input.
4. Record the time when the unexpected start normally occurs.
5. Disconnect power for 60 seconds, reconnect it, wait for App settings to synchronize, then observe from 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after that recorded time.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
