1. Who can participate in this trial?
This trial is only available to Momcozy L2–L4 members located in the continental United States.
2. How can I apply for the trial?
Eligible users can apply through the event page in the Membership Center. L2–L4 members will see the trial entry.
3. How many trial products are available?
There are 2,400 trial units available, offered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
4. Is the trial free? Do I need to pay for shipping?
The trial is completely free, including shipping. No payment is required.
5. What should I do after receiving the product?
After receiving the product, you are required to submit a trial report within 14 days, including:
- At least 3 real photos
- A written review of at least 50 words
6. What happens if I don’t submit the report on time?
If the report is not submitted within 14 days, your account will be automatically downgraded to L1, which may affect your future benefits and trial eligibility.
7. Why is there a downgrade rule?
As the product is provided for free, submitting a genuine review is a required part of participation.
8. How can I check my order and shipping information?
Once your application is approved.After shipping, you will also receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
9. Why can’t I see the trial entry?
Possible reasons include:
- Your membership level is below L2
- Trial spots are fully claimed
- The event is not currently available to your account
10. Can I participate more than once?
No. Each user can participate only once (based on account, address, device, etc.).
11. Is this available outside the continental United States?
No. This trial is limited to the continental U.S. only. We do not support remote islands, APO/FPO, or international addresses.
12. What if my application is not approved?
Due to limited availability, not all applications can be approved. We recommend staying active and keeping an eye on future trial opportunities.
13. Where do I submit the trial report?
You can submit your trial report after receiving the product by visiting the link below and completing the report on that page: https://account.momcozy.com/gifts/requestDetail?id=50
14. Will my wet wipes trial report be considered overdue if I haven't submitted it yet?
As long as your order status shows Shipped and you have not reached the stage to upload feedback, it will not be marked as overdue.
