Q: What is this promotion?
“Your Prime Day, Powered by Moms and Momcozy” is a Prime Day promotion from Momcozy for our community moms. It has 3 separate rounds of random drawings, with a total prize pool of $2,000 in Momcozy gift cards. Each round is an independent chance to win.
Q: Who is the sponsor?
The sponsor is Root Technology, Ltd. (Momcozy), a Colorado corporation. This promotion is not associated with Amazon; Amazon is not a sponsor and is not responsible for it.
Q: Do I need to buy anything to enter?
No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
Q: What time zone applies?
All times are U.S. Eastern Time (ET). The Sponsor’s system timestamp is the official record.
II. Eligibility
Q: Who can participate?
You must be a legal resident of one of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia, and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. This promotion is open to the U.S. only.
Q: Can Momcozy employees join?
No. Employees, officers, directors, agents of the Sponsor and its affiliates and promotion agencies, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible.
III.How to Enter
Q: How do I enter Round 1 (Jun 15–21)?
Complete BOTH steps on the same calendar day for one (1) entry:
(1) Post one public post with at least 1 photo in #MomsPrimePicks;
(2) Leave one genuine, substantive comment on each of the 3 posts directly below your own post.
Q: How do I enter Round 2 (Jun 23–26)?
Each day is a separate entry period. Complete BOTH steps that same day for one (1) entry for that day:
(1) Post one public post with at least 1 photo in #MomsPrimePicks;
(2) Engage with 3 other posts in the feed (by like OR comment — both are tracked).
Q: How do I enter Round 3 (Jul 1–7)?
Complete the following on a single calendar day for one (1) entry:
(1) Share a Prime Day–related haul / review / recommendation / shopping experience in #MomsPrimePicks (the item need not be from Momcozy, no purchase required — you may discuss items bought, planned, or simply recommended);
(2) Include at least 50 words and at least 3 photos. Posts not meeting the minimum word or photo count will be deemed ineligible.
Q: Does posting more increase my odds?
No. Limit is one (1) entry per person per day. Extra posts/comments/likes on the same day do not increase your odds. However, each additional day you participate is an additional entry, so joining on more days improves your overall odds within that round.
IV.Drawings & Prizes
Q: When are drawings and what are the prizes?
Round 1: drawn on/about 6/22 — 20 winners, $50 Momcozy Gift Card each;
Round 2: drawn daily 6/24–6/27 (for the prior day’s entries) — 5 winners/day × 4 = 20, $30 each;
Round 3: drawn on/about 7/10 — 20 winners, $20 each.
All prizes are digital Momcozy Gift Cards.
Q: Do entries carry over between rounds or days?
No. Each round and each Round 2 daily drawing is separate. Entries do not carry over between rounds or days. Not winning one day does not roll into the next.
Q: Can I win more than once?
Yes. A participant may win across multiple rounds and multiple days within Round 2, as long as you complete the required tasks for each drawing.
Q: What are the odds of winning?
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries for that drawing. Exact odds will be posted with the winner announcement within 7 business days after each drawing.
V.Notification & Delivery
Q: How will I be notified if I win?
Within 3 business days of the drawing, we’ll email the address linked to your community account. Please make sure your account email is correct and check your inbox (including spam/junk).

Q: What if my email was wrong or I didn’t receive it / it went to spam?
Please verify/update your account email and check your spam folder right away. The Sponsor is not responsible and will not re-send or draw an alternate winner if a prize isn’t received due to an incorrect email, spam filters, or email issues beyond its reasonable control. It is the winner’s responsibility to keep their email accurate and monitor their inbox.
Q: Who do I contact if the gift card has issues?
Momcozy gift cards are issued and managed by Momcozy.com and subject to Momcozy’s Gift Card Terms. Any issue with the card itself must be addressed directly with Momcozy.
Q: Are prizes taxable?
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Where required by law, the Sponsor may request tax forms (e.g., W-9 / W-8BEN) and may withhold taxes. See the full Official Rules.
VI. Content Rules
Q: Why was my post / entry deemed invalid?
Possible reasons: not meeting the round’s requirements (e.g., Round 3 word/photo minimums); prohibited content (hate, harassment, inappropriate, plagiarized, spam/“water-filling,” off-topic ads/redirects); or being determined as AI-generated. The Sponsor’s determination governs.
Q: Can I use AI-generated content to enter?
No. This promotion does not accept any AI-generated content (AIGC) or use of AI tools — including AI-generated text, reviews, stories, or images. Content determined to be AI-generated (or suspected AI-tool use) automatically forfeits eligibility and prizes. The Sponsor’s determination is final and binding.
Q: Can I post breastfeeding / pumping images?
Yes. Breastfeeding/pumping images that comply with community standards are allowed. Please avoid close-up facial shots of children or revealing minors’ personal identifying information.
Q: Do I need to add #ad when posting?
If you received a separate incentive from Momcozy for posting (e.g., the $10 bonus gift card for KOCs on launch days), you MUST clearly add #ad or #MomcozyPartner to each such post. Regular participants whose posts include product recommendations are encouraged to disclose too. No disclosure is needed if you’re simply sharing winning excitement without promoting a product.

Q: Where can I see the winner list?
Within 30 days after the promotion ends, an anonymized winner list (user ID and email shown like abc**@gmail.com) and the odds will be posted in the App, and kept available for at least 6 months.
