Baby Monitor - Cannot Charge | BM01

Solution:

1. Check that the charging cable is fully inserted into the parent unit and adapter.
2. Make sure the charging port and connectors are clean and dry, then connect the supplied BM01 5V/2A adapter and cable directly to a working wall outlet.
3. Leave the parent unit connected for at least 30 minutes.
4. The charging indicator should remain solid blue while charging and turn off when fully charged.
5. After 30 minutes, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
6. If the charging light does not appear or the battery level does not increase, reconnect the cable once and try another working wall outlet.
7. If available, test once with another confirmed-working BM01 5V/2A cable or adapter, replacing only one item at a time.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
