Baby Monitor - Cannot Power On/Power Off | BM03

Solution:

1. If the parent unit will not turn on, briefly press Power once to confirm the screen is not only asleep, charge it with the supplied 5V/2A adapter for at least 60 minutes, then press and hold Power for about 3 seconds.
2. If the camera has no power, reconnect its supplied adapter and try one working wall outlet.
3. If the parent unit will not turn off or the screen is frozen, press and hold Power for about 3 seconds once.
4. If there is no response, perform one restart only, then wait for live view to return.
5. If the unit shuts down unexpectedly, charge the parent unit for at least 60 minutes and confirm the screen is not only in Screen Sleep, VOX, or ECO mode.
6. Restart the camera and parent unit once, then keep live view open for 10 minutes.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
